Batman-on-film and Superherohype! report that rumors are brewing for BATMAN BEGINS sequals to be shot back to back.

Also, two new names to be thrown in the mix as far each villain goes.

Moviehole.net is reporting Jim Carrey wants the role of Joker.

While, Liev Schrieber (Manchurian Candidate). is being rumored on Batman-on-film as a possible Harvey Dent Candidate.

Lanchey Hulme is still a front runner as far as the studio is reportedly concerned. As well as Sean Penn, who a drunken Bale said Nolan was courting for the role of Joker. This was reported in a British tabloid so big grain of salt.

Crispin Glover and Paul Bettany are still names being tossed around in conjunction with the Joker.

I actually can't find anything at Moviehole.net that says that Jim Carrey wants to be Joker. I know that someone said that on the SHH boards, but he didn't give a link and if there actually was such a report, I'm sure it would have spread to other sites by now, too.

I agree about taking it with a big grain of salt. Nolan may very well want Sean Penn, but I doubt it was because of a drunken Christian Bale (which I find hard to picture) telling a British tabloid (which is even harder to picture).
