Premiere Features Batman Begins Source: AntManX May 9, 2005 'AntManX' alerted us that the new issue of Premiere magazine includes a great Batman Begins feature article: In the June issue of Premiere magazine there is a very interesting article along with new photos. The article is about Batman Begins being a restart, and has new information from Goyer, Nolan, and Bale. Also, the magazine has some exclusive information about future Bat-Films. Writer David Goyer talks about possible sequels and says (spoilers ahead), "The next one would have Batman enlisting the aid of Gordon and [Harvey] Dent [aka Two-Face] in bringing down the Joker... but not killing him, which is a mistake they made in the first one." The article then says that "In the third, the Joker would go on trial, scarring Dent in the process." www.superherohype.com/news/batmannews.php?id=2978Not crazy about Joker being responsible for Two-Face's origin. Everything else sounds cool. What do you guys think? (*prays for Adrien Brody as Joker and Rufus Sewell as Two-Face*)

Well it's great to me my favourite villian Two Face is in sequel! I'm not thilled anther of Joker putting acid to Dent's face but hey I could live it. (Pearce for Two Face and Benicio Del Toro for Joker)

After seeing this idea on another board, I think my new choice for Joker is Sam Rockwell.

I like you're idea 2Face, I'm guessing you saw Sin City.
But I still got to advocate Joquain Phoniex for Mr. Dent.

Del Toro is my second choice for Joker. In Sin City, he showed that he was willing to go through prosthetics to look more like the comic book character and he even looked like Joker in a couple shots (especially with that sharper nose they gave him). What convinced me years ago though was the Bond film Licence to Kill which had Benicio in one of his first roles. He was a young henchman; a sadistic thug named Dario with a really freaky smile. I thought he could do a good Joker, but his accent was pretty evident back then. After seeing Sin City though, I think he could pull off the voice based on how he talked in the scene that Tarantino directed.
Phoenix is my third choice behind Rufus Sewell and Clive Owen. What I want to see from an actor playing Harvey Dent is this dark look where you can sense that this guy is on the edge and you don't want to make him mad. You can tell that there's something going on based on the way he looks at things. Yet they can still pass for good guys.

I love the fact Joker and Harvey Dent are going to be in the sequels.
I love the Long Halloween that and the Dark Knight returns.
Joker and Dent story should and maybe will resemble the Long Halloween just with a few characters minus like Catwoman and the Roman etc.
I really have no clue who could play Dent i've heard the names thrown around and none of them say YES.
JOKER i think is already cast that Lacey Hulme man, it's perfect in my mind

Nice that Joker will be in the next one. I don't think he should be the one to scar Dent and make him Two Face. I'd have anybody else do it at the end of the second and tease about Two Face being the bad guy in the third film.

I really hope they bring Scarecrow and Ra's back in the later sequels. From what I've read, the BB ending is kinda...open ended.
