Over the course of buying and looking for Batman items, me and my good pal have stumbled upon some variants.

The first one is Battle Gear:
Some of this figure is covered in flat matte black, including the symbol. Where as other version has a shiny cowl and symbol.

The second variant of a Batman is of Total Control Batman:

The first one released has a dull yellow belt, and sloppy painted eyes, with a cape than hangs over the total control feature. Earlier today I found another version that has a more accurate gold color belt, accurate and better detailed eyes, and a cape that is cut around the total control feature. Thus making it a truly better figure.

Other variants I have noticed that most know about are: Bloody Scarecrow, and the 2 different style packaging methods of the Action Cape Batman.

I have the one with the gold trigger and weapons.

Except for that thing sticking out of his butt this is a decent figure. Too bad Mattel did not make the other figures in this scale.

I think these are kind of lame, but kids may like them. The Knight Force Ninjas Karate Fighters Batman vs. The Joker was a better set, it kicked and punched and you got both together in the same box.

The head also looks different.
